We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects within our organization. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure successful requirement gathering, project delivery, adherence to timelines, and achievement of project goals. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. The individual we seek will play a critical role in driving project success and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Experience: 5 - 9+ years

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, product owners, and development teams, to gather and document project requirements.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.

  • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and meetings, ensuring clear communication and understanding among all participants.

  • Develop user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to capture detailed project requirements.

  • Create wireframes, and presentations to visually represent interface designs and facilitate effective communication with development teams.

  • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure that the final product aligns with the business requirements and user expectations.

  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate the viability and potential risks of proposed solutions.

  • Perform project estimation and planning activities, including resource allocation, task scheduling, and timeline development.

  • Coordinate and manage project activities throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, identifying and addressing any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to support iterative and incremental project delivery.

  • Foster collaboration and effective communication within cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding of project goals and objectives.

  • Conduct user acceptance testing and coordinate bug resolution activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in software development projects.

  • Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirement elicitation, process mapping, and gap analysis.

  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Axure, Balsamiq, or Sketch.

  • Experience in writing user stories use cases, and functional specifications.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly sprint-based agile delivery.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into clear requirements.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and facilitate productive discussions.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.

  • Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
