About the Role

You'll work closely with our engineering teams and clients to build modern enterprise applications, contribute to architectural decisions, and use AI-powered tools to improve how you design, develop, test, and ship software.

We're looking for engineers who don't just know how to write code, but are excited about how software engineering is evolving—and want to be part of that future.


Primary Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of relevant backend development experience, primarily in Node.js (Java/Python exposure beneficial).

  • Strong hands-on experience with like (not limited to) Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, ECS, Glue, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, etc.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch).

  • Understanding of security, IAM, and KMS concepts.

  • Working knowledge of IaC (Serverless, CDK, or CloudFormation).

  • Proficiency in GitHub for source control and Jira for Agile workflows.

  • Exposure in developing services for Enterprise Data Integrations using AWS or any leading middleware platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with distributed, cross-geography teams.



Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS Fargate.

  • Exposure to enterprise integrations (ERP, Order-to-Cash, AR cycles).

  • Experience developing Python-based microservices or GenAI applications using RAG/MCP frameworks.
